Unhappy sales experience Nobody greeted me in the parking lot while I looked at vehicles. When I finally was given a salesman after I inquired online, he was chewing tobacco through our entire interaction. He took it out of his mouth and threw it on the ground in front of me(scratch a hand shake at the end of this visit)Then I emailed the sales manager about it and got no reply. After I swallowed my pride and still entertained an offer I was passed back to the sales manager who never called me or even made an attempt to make a sale. More

Poor Service I tried to get an appointment for an oil change and was told I would have to wait for at least a month. I have purchased 12 vehicles from this dealers I tried to get an appointment for an oil change and was told I would have to wait for at least a month. I have purchased 12 vehicles from this dealership when it was Fairfield and was always treated good service and now no one seems to care and just want to push you into a new car. Time to go somewhere else for my next vehicle. More

First of all, our sales experience was absolutely fantastic! Kevin and Eric made our sales experience painless, and I got the deal I wanted from start to finish in less than two hours. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was due to some unforeseen issues pertaining to paperwork with PENNDOT. I look forward to purchasing our next Toyota with Ciocca. More

Purchase of a CPO Camry I found the car I was looking for on cargurus.com and it was located at this dealership which is now Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport. I was in contact I found the car I was looking for on cargurus.com and it was located at this dealership which is now Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport. I was in contact with them to confirm the email was still available and informed them that I would be coming to get it. Per my request they had their finance team reach out to me to start the process before I arrived. The test drive was great and the sales person was very good at showing us all the options that the vehicle had and answered all of our questions. We bought the vehicle on the last day of the month and the dealership was very busy but they made sure that we were comfortable and took great care of us. Every person that we talked to was extremely nice. I will definitely be going back to them for our next car. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to get to them! More
