I went in with an infotainment software upgrade issue that I was supposed to be able to do myself but errors wouldnt let me. I was told numerous times at different dealers and corporate that I would have that I was supposed to be able to do myself but errors wouldnt let me. I resigned myself to come in and juat get it done after talking to Greg on the phone. Chris Carapella handled my request and did the right thing by not charging me for something that Subaru should have handled. Both gentlemen were very nice and I will use Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville as my go to place for service. More
