That’s how good he is. I keep coming back to Ciocca Pleasantville because of George’s expertise, empathy, and exceptional service. If anyone from management is actually reading this, I honestly believe that George Abrams should not only be given a raise, but should teach new hires at Ciocca Subaru on how to talk, act and work with customers. I honestly and realistically mean this because this dealership is under-utilizing George Abrams’ strengths. It’s a shame when a customer takes so much time writing feedback, but this feedback will never accepted by management because their intent/role/position is threatened.
