Changed for the worse since Ciocca took over these dealerships. Prices have gone up significantly, and they no longer honor promises made by the prior owners. When getting my brakes checked, the results have been all over the map and not consistent. For example, at one appointment they were 6 mm, then the next one 3 months later they were 9mm...how is that even possible? It certainly doesn't make me feel safe driving. More

I have been coming here for years and had all work done here. When I told them again that this should have been noted on my account, because it can be confusing to be told you need to do something that has already been done, the service rep just repeated the same thing. The new ownership clearly do not care about you or your car and the service team do not appear to know much about cars and seem to just be sales people. Costs for oil changes, maintenance and repairs have also gone up and are extremely high now. More
