The service department seems to be suffering from the transition in ownership. I waited for over 1.5 hours for a battery change, to find out that the job had not yet begun--and that the technicians were transition in ownership. The service dept. agents could have informed me of this problem in time for me to change my plans. If you're looking to take your car to a Subaru dealer, I highly recommend this one. There are often recommended services pushed, but that is a dealership for you. Always had great customer service experiences and know their mechanics are topnotch (as seen by the national mechanic championship banners hanging in the bays) Found it kind of odd that they never sent out any announcement that Ciocca bought Flemington Subaru (allegedly in Aug 2022?) and wish that had been made more public as we were left to wonder and use new systems. However, the new communication system with texting and video is great and helpful. More
