Very disappointed too expensive did not get much for the $140. They charged me charged for full quart of oil when only 3.2 ounces were installed past 5 quarts a 2.5 L engine is 5.1 quarts as per the owners $140. Technician did not rotate the tires. Very disappointed of it. It has me feeling like they are just on a money grab I’m not coming back Service technician could not even place a sticker on my windshield stating when he changed the oil More
I got there at the Ciocca Subaru of Flemington's service department at 9AM for my 12 month service for my Subaru Crosstrek. I was greeted when I came in. Jeff Aranjo was free and he did the initial intake f department at 9AM for my 12 month service for my Subaru Crosstrek. I was greeted when I came in. Jeff Aranjo was free and he did the initial intake for my service, an oil change. We talked about tire rotation and as my tires were rotated at my 6 month service, tire rotations were not done. He then switched me to Hector Acevedo who takes care of express service (oil and tires). Hector was great. The service was done at about 10 AM. Hector and I discussed what would be needed at the next service, tire rotation and changing the cabin air filter in addition to the oil change. He also told me when the engine filter and brake fluid are scheduled, that was very helpful. Hector scheduled my next service while I was there. I liked that the service was done in an hour. While I was waiting, I had a conversation with Rich the service manager about a concern I had, not about my own service, which he addressed. Rich was very nice. I have noted the changes in the service department since Ciocca took over and I can say that the service is as good as it was under the old ownership. After I left, I noted that while within normal levels, I was concerned that my tire pressure was lower than I liked. I took it back, talked to Hector, and the tires were topped off at 35 pounds, taking less then 5 to 10 minutes More

It was a very favorable experience working with Ciocca Subaru in Flemington, NJ. Both the sale associate, Evan, and the Finance Manager were very professional and customer service oriented. Answered all Subaru in Flemington, NJ. Both the sale associate, Evan, and the Finance Manager were very professional and customer service oriented. Answered all my questions and all requests very timely. In the end, I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek. Only drawback was the large number of their documents that were involved in the closing. I do professional contracting for a very large company but their paper trail to CYO (indemnify themselves) was excessive. More
Something must have changed with service advisors as it is not what it used to be when owned by Steve Kalafer. Looked to be all new faces when I arrived to pick up the car. You can do better, my family has bought/leased 6 vehicles from your dealership. More
