First and foremost, Bob Geissler was truly a wonderful salesman. You never got the feeling he wanted to sell you something just to make a commission. And not to be undone...Brian stepped in to "deliver" the car to us since Bob was off that day and on vacation...he too was extremely courteous and thorough...great experience. Lastly, Brian handled the finance paperwork and I really appreciated his organization skills and overly pleasant demeanor. Oops...one more thing...when I went to pick up the plates...I had a small issue that was handle professionally and efficiently by Rick. Hee too showed a caring and humble attitude that personifies superior customer service and putting the customer at the center of all decision making.
