I am totally satisfied with my experience with everything. This was the first time I purchased a car by myself, and was alittle nervous from should I trade in my vehicle to can I afford a new veh everything. Alex was so nice to talk with, explained everything about pricing, which was a big factor and the features of the new Legacy. Honestly, I can't think of anything I was displeased with. They were even able to have my new license plates and registration in less then a week. When it is time for servicing, I will be taking it back to the dealership and feeling good that it will be getting the work done not only correctly, but with pride in their work and the dealership. I just purchased my new Forrester yesterday and what a great experience I had at Flemington Subaru. While other dealers require you to come in to even talk about a price I filled out one form on the web site, I received my quote in minutes which was less that Edmounds or KBB said that fair market value was. I then made one phone call to Alex drove to the dealer took a test ride bought the car and came back 2 hours later to pick it up. Alex is a great guy and a pleasure to do do business what a great experience and what a great car the Forrester is as well. More

Everything from the test drive to the purchase of my new vehicle was beyond my expectations. This was only my second car, but I had been present during numerous car purchases/leases. Unfortunately, I was under the impression that all car buying experiences were conducted in this poor manner. After walking in the doors of Flemington Subaru, I could tell this was a different experience. Bob G. was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I told him about my poor buying experiences in the past with other dealerships and he ensured me that this one would be different. At no time did I feel pressure to make any kind of rash or uninformed decision. In fact, Bob suggested to my fiancée and I that we take the time to think everything over and discuss the purchase. We can back later that day and after asking more questions and receiving honest answers from Bob, we put a deposit on my new car. Bob kept in touch by sending a letter thanking me for my business and emailing me with updates to help make the purchase as smooth as possible. I was told it could take over a month, but within three weeks the car had arrived at the dealership. When I went to take delivery of the new car, I also dealt with Brian who was the new finance manager. It was only his second day at the dealership and he was very kind and upfront. Being that this was only my second car, I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with every piece of paper I signed. By the time the paperwork was taken care of, the weather had taken a turn for the worst. Even in the cold rain/sleet, Bob wanted to go outside and make sure he went over all of the cars features. This is my first Subaru and I can honestly say that it will not be my last. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family who are looking a quality and service beyond expectations.
