Thoughtful and Kind I called Subaru because I had a question about a recent service and why my warranty didn't cover the cost. I was directed to Samantha who took my inquiry and initially directed me to a different team member who was more qualified to answer my question. That person was not at their desk. Samantha called back shortly after to make sure I was properly helped and even did some research herself to assist. I was extremely pleased with her tenacity and her ability to follow up. I felt that she personally cared about my situation and worked hard to resolve the issue. More

Above and Beyond for New Customer My wife and I bought a used Outback from Ciocca about a month ago. We were disappointed when our clutch went out on the car shortly after the purchase My wife and I bought a used Outback from Ciocca about a month ago. We were disappointed when our clutch went out on the car shortly after the purchase. We had the car towed up to the Ciocca Subaru Service Center, so it could be repaired. While the car was there, we received a loaner car at no cost to us. This made the fact that our new car was getting a complete transmission re-haul a little less painful. The really awesome part of our experience was Kevin Green, our service manager. Kevin explained the issue that the issues with the car were not necessarily covered under the warranty, but said "I cannot in good conscience make you pay for any of these clutch-related repairs since you just purchased the car from us. We will take care of you." And he did just that - the car was with them for about a week total since only a few mechanics were trusted to work on a manual transmission, but since I had the loaner car it was not a big deal. A week later we drove away from Ciocca with our repaired car and no repair bill whatsoever. I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Ciocca - they are the best. More

Every staff memeber at Ciocca Subaru go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their experience. My service advisor Mike M was awesome and contacted me several times to let me know what was happening with my vehicle and when it would be available to pick up! More

I never feel as if "things are found wrong" during a service check (as I did with my non-Subaru cars. The hospitality of the service center staff , the waiting lounge and amenities are very good also. The gentleman I spoke to felt there was a bigger problem and felt I should make an appointment and have service check it out. When I went in for my appointment I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Green. He was concerned, caring and truely took an interest in my phone problem. They had to order a new radio for my car. I have to say it only took a few days car was fixed and problem solved. Ciocca's service reps and service departments are the best. Effective and efficient and fast. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Job well done More
Exceptional Service! We brought in our 2016 Legacy for inspection and oil change. From the time we came into the Service Desk area until we left, everyone was exceptional We brought in our 2016 Legacy for inspection and oil change. From the time we came into the Service Desk area until we left, everyone was exceptionally courteous, helpful and considerate. We were provided with a loaner which gave us time to do some errands and when we returned to pick up our car we were offered nice cold bottles of water. The car was given the free birthday detail and it looked great! We have bought and leased many new cars over the past 47 years (about every 3-5 years) and have never experienced this with any other dealership. We tell our friends and family the sales and service that have been provided and they are amazed. Keep up the good work!! More
