Top notch service department I brought my car in Saturday to the service department for my yearly state inspection ( I'm fairly new to PA so I did not fully understand how it work I brought my car in Saturday to the service department for my yearly state inspection ( I'm fairly new to PA so I did not fully understand how it worked.) Devon greeted me as soon as I pulled into the garage and was extremely patient with me as I had to find my paperwork and print off a new up to date insurance card. He answered all of my questions without issue and was truly wonderful throughout the entire process. I was offered a loaner car while my car was being taken care of and the process for that was just as easy/wonderful. Overall the team over Ciocca is exceptional and I look forward to working with them again in the future. More

Great customer service I took my car into ciocca after another shop pointed out that the clutch housing on my 2015 STI was cracked and Recommended that I should take to deal I took my car into ciocca after another shop pointed out that the clutch housing on my 2015 STI was cracked and Recommended that I should take to dealership. Stephen carbonaro was my service advisor and walked me through cioccas diagnosis and informed me that the only way that housing could have been cracked is if differential work was done on the car. I was extremely disgusted when I learned this because Ertle Subaru had performed differential work on my car 2 years prior and allowed me to drive the car in that condition (will never take my car there again). I filed a claim with SOA because I didn’t want to deal with ERTLE Subaru ever again. Stephen from Ciocca was very accommodating and even spoke the the claim specialist at SOA on my behalf several times to make sure I was taken care of. Needless to say my claim was approved and ciocca fixed my car at no expense to me. Stephen was very helpful and I really appreciated his assistance in making the process as stress free as possible. Recall ends Badly Took my 2013 Impreza in for a Valve Spring Recall and within 30 miles of driving, after the work was complete, the cars check engine light came on and Took my 2013 Impreza in for a Valve Spring Recall and within 30 miles of driving, after the work was complete, the cars check engine light came on and the car started sputtering when idling. Took the Car back to Ciocca and they wanted to charge me $130 to diagnose the issue which after some discussion they decided to do for free. They told me the code was for a Cylinder 2 misfire and that they did not touch this area of the car, hmm funny changing Valve Springs you have nothing to do with the cylinders. I called 2 mechanics and FAULKNER SUBARU ( a much better subaru dealer ) and all of them said you have to at least pull the coils out let alone remove the engine. I called back and spoke to Carolyn the service manager and she went to speak withe the Service Writer and the Mechanic that did the work and her response was, They did not have to touch this area to do the job and the mechanic said it was running rough when I brought the car in. If indeed the car was running rough when i brought it in, with a cylinder 2 misfire, the check engine light would have been on at this time and it was not. I would suggest to all that you take pictures and videos of how your car is running when you take it here for service or a recall just in case you have the same issue. Look how many pictures they take of your car and how many places you have to initial and sign. Oh by the way my mechanic replaced the plug and coil and the car is fine. They are a bunch of liars and the service manager has no idea what they are talking about. More

Informed me two times vehicle would be done by the end of the day only to call back twice that the vehicle would require more parts. When vehicle was picked up I asked them to explain delays, they said since the car was towed in it required more parts. The car was not towed in it was driven in, another adjuster was very rude to me telling me these things take time when vehicles are sevearly damaged, since this was only a bumper cover replacement vehicle was dirveable damage only cosmedic I knew he was not telling me the truth, I don't like when people lie to me, the same old car dealer tricks! This is what I told them: Customer states that when she's driving, she puts her foot on the gas and the vehicle doesn't really move. Thinks it could be something to do with the torque converter. I received a call from the Service Advisor, Christopher Wygand, on November 21, 2018 informing me that I need a new transmission which would cost around $9,700. The car is only worth about $5,000 so I was not interested in dumping a transmission into a car that is only worth $5,000. I spoke to my mechanic, who is a Master Subaru mechanic, and we discussed fixing the car since the engine was still good and I had just spent about $2,000 in repairs the last year. I purchased a used transmission which only had 38,000 miles on it for about $1,600. I had the car towed from my house to the mechanics shop in Tamaqua which cost $150. He received the new transmission, put the transmission in the car and after test driving the car, he found that the car is still doing the same thing it did when I took it to Ciocca on November 20, 2018. I had the car towed from his shop to my house, another $200 plus had to pay him $500+ to install the used transmission that I purchased. After taking it back to Ciocca on December 17, 2018, they informed me that the rear catalytic converter is clogged. They want to charge me a discount fee of $1800 saving me about $800. I asked Joe Adams, the Service Manager at Ciocca why they told me it was the transmission when it really wasn't the transmission. His response, "found trans to not shift and the fluid was black and was slipping. Gave quote on new trans." This is exactly what is written on the invoice I received from them when I picked up my car. I am out more then $2,000 for a part I didn't even need! The only thing they are doing is to save me $800 on the rear catalytic converter. More
