Impeccable service!! I had my oil change (only that I asked for) and got stuck staying there the whole day!!! Telling me I need this and that. After the misunderstanding of what I though I was getting out of all this charged me staying there the whole day!!! Telling me I need this and that. I was told that I will get the fully refund back becuz of been at the waiting room for good long whole day!! I had to go out of town and got back no refund will been sent to me and I found all my conversation wasn’t find on my phone ...scare me that how that got removed and now I’m stuck with no refund and very unhappy feeling abt this Subaru. I have experience wonderful service at Annapolis Subaru and was hoping to have similiar feeling to Allentown Subaru :( Kimberly More

We purchased our first Subaru 28 December 2019. We brought our car in for its first service with 5653 miles on it July 3, 2020. On 17 September 2020 my car was serviced again, there was a puddle of oi brought our car in for its first service with 5653 miles on it July 3, 2020. On 17 September 2020 my car was serviced again, there was a puddle of oil in the oil filter housing which was splashing around while the car was being driven dirty the engine all up the engine compartment. It had 8756 miles at this point. The second item it was brought in for was on the right side of the hood at the hinge there was a noticeably large paint chip I asked them to touch it up and check the alignment of the hood, the hood hits the fender when the hood is opened. I have to say I was disappointed that the facility doesn’t have touch up paint for a new car that I was forced to purchase a $20.65 touchup pen what a racket rip off! And that the mechanic wrote hood alignment is fine possibly a paint chip. Needless to say when my wife brought the car home from the dealership the engine compartment was dirty again the oil tray around the oil filter was filled up with oil and it was splashed up again boy was I pissed.So I wiped it out cleaned it out had a wife drive it to work again to see what would happen and when she got home from work there was oil in it again. I waited till Saturday morning and I had to put an oil filter wrench on the filter the mechanic had tightened it so tight that the rubber O-ring was smooshed down and it was the metal filter housing on the aluminum oil filter bracket contact so there was no rubber seal keep in the oil and I had to figure this out I didn’t realize changing the oil filter where you don’t have to crawl underneath the car or put it on a lift could be so difficult again my first Subaru and my first service what a big let down ! These concerns were addressed with the service manager by the name of Devon. More

Excellent Service Across the Board I started bringing my '15 Crosstrek to Ciocca when Faulkner refused to deal promptly with a safety oriented recall repair. When it came time for it's I started bringing my '15 Crosstrek to Ciocca when Faulkner refused to deal promptly with a safety oriented recall repair. When it came time for it's 60k mile servicing, it became apparent that I needed to get into a new vehicle as soon as possible. Everyone at Ciocco, from Mike in Service, to Zach, my sales representative, to Mo in Finance, was incredibly patient, helpful and kind. They not only absorbed my anger at the apparent catastrophic mechanical failure of my first Crosstrek, they absorbed my pending service bill and my remaining loan payments and got me into a brand new Crosstrek with better features, better coverage for warranty gaps, and better service perks, all within 24 hours and within my budget - and in the middle of the Covid pandemic! I could not be happier with the way this awful situation was resolved by all who assisted me. I was completely ready to give up on Subaru and start with something else, but the Ciocca team changed my mind by going above and beyond to make it right and promising me a better experience. So far they have delivered 100%. More
