I recently had the CVT on my 2019 Subaru Ascent break down while visiting in Pa. The first call I made was to this dealership. No matter what the advertising hype tells you, their service is HORRIBLE!!! More

Here at Ciocca Subaru we pride ourselves in providing world-class customer service and we apologize for not delivering on that promise for you. We also apologize that your vehicle was not washed during the service visit. The wash was down for repairs for a longer than normal time, however I am happy to report it is back up and running. Please feel free to stop by so we may wash your car for free and to discuss how we can improve your next experience.
