repairs i'm giving a one star review because I took my vehicle there for repairs, I bought vehicle at this same location. the car was making a strange noise, i'm giving a one star review because I took my vehicle there for repairs, I bought vehicle at this same location. the car was making a strange noise, when it was returned to me it continued to make this noise, I was told it would go away after driving it for a while, well I did. but after a long time it did not go away so I brought it back; that's when I was told it was something else completely different that would require me to pay even a larger sum for the new so called repairs, so I declined since no explanation was given as to why and also now I questioned the work that was done ( this part that was replaced was it necessary?).and they didn't even attempt to explain why and if this new option was going to fix the problem like the las time. anyway, the people are polite but it doesn't seem they know what they're doing. More

I couldn't even figure out where it was coming from, but they found it and fixed it. I didn't have to wait around while they worked. I got a brand-new loaner car and was on my way. Collision repair well done! My new 2015 Outback Premium [4000 miles] was rear-ended at a stop light in Bethlehem. Since I had purchased it from Ciocca Subaru [Hamilton Blvd.], a My new 2015 Outback Premium [4000 miles] was rear-ended at a stop light in Bethlehem. Since I had purchased it from Ciocca Subaru [Hamilton Blvd.], and it was drive able, I drove it to the dealership and dropped it off for repair. Rick Diaz gave me the keys to a Courtesy car and had my car delivered to the Collision center in Quakertown, where John Everett and his team handled the repair. Although the rear-end damage was extensive, their completion estimate was 2 weeks, and my car was ready for pick-up 2 weeks to the day. Rick Diaz and John Everett handled the repair and administration from A to Z, including Insurance company notifications & all paperwork, and called me with progress reports throughout the process. The collision repair work was excellent, and the entire process was professionally handled by these two gentlemen and their support teams! More
Subaru Fangirl I'm really enjoying the 2013 Subaru Outback I purchased at Ciocca this past August. I'm also filled with nostalgia for the 2004 Subaru Outback that I I'm really enjoying the 2013 Subaru Outback I purchased at Ciocca this past August. I'm also filled with nostalgia for the 2004 Subaru Outback that I traded in. I was thrilled to see the 2004 parked at the Emmaus Farmers' Market yesterday- yes, I'm positive it was my former car. It was like a chance meeting with an old friend. I wish I could have met the new owner and talked about our Subarus and about Ciocca Subaru. I've been trying to order a hitch for my 2013 so I can install a bike rack. Subaru hitches are in such high demand that apparently production lags far behind demand. There's always a waiting list. After I spoke to a rep in the parts department at Ciocca I went to the service desk, where I was informed that they might not be able to install the hitch without permanently removing a piece of cladding from the back of my car. According to the service rep, this would leave several large holes permanently visible. It's been an issue with several models of the car. I really hope my car is not one of those affected, especially since I listed a hitch and bike rack as must-haves when I bought the car. More
Servicing my Subaru Angelo in the Service department was so very courteous, kind and patient. He made sure my car was cared for even though I didn't have an appointment. He took my 2013 Subaru Crosstrack right in to service my flat tire and check for any other damage, Then, not 2 weeks later, he again took the car in for me quickly for a rubbing noise I heard in the front end. Knowing I was an RN at a local facility, he got my car in for service, came in with updates on the car and explained everything (in terms I totally understood) that was going on with it in his kind, patient manner. I want to thank him and your company for employing such a courteous gentleman. Thank you Ciocca and thank you again Angelo!!!! More
