Purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback Onyx XT. I inquired online and made an appointment to test drive. I let the salesperson know that I was in the early phase of looking at cars and was just interested in online and made an appointment to test drive. I let the salesperson know that I was in the early phase of looking at cars and was just interested in test driving, because other dealerships and salesman I?ve interacted with have been very pushy so I wanted to avoid that at all costs. Gianni was absolutely great to work with. On the test drive, he showed me some things on the outside initially, and then answered questions I had while in the car. After the test drive, I simply said thank you, this was exactly what I wanted to experience, and I didn?t have to sit through a sales pitch. I followed up a week later asking for an extended test drive and Gianni made that happen. A few days later, I was ready to take home an Outback, but the one I wanted was sold. Gianni worked his magic again and was able to get me the one I wanted, the sales negotiation was incredibly straightforward. Within another few days, I was driving home, one very happy customer.
