This was our first experience with Ciocca Subaru, & we were very impressed! We were buying our Subaru from out of state. Tom Calianno & John Berghuis were great to work with & made sure that all of the were very impressed! We were buying our Subaru from out of state. Tom Calianno & John Berghuis were great to work with & made sure that all of the details were addressed before we arrived at the dealership. Both were professional and knowledgeable about the Subaru we were purchasing. On pick-up day, John went for a drive with us & showed us all of the features that our new car had to offer as well as walked us through the entire purchase process. Then he followed up a few days after purchase to make sure we were happy. On purchase day, Gigi from Ciocca scheduled a follow up call with us to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen since the purchase. What a great way to do business! We will definitely contact Ciocca when we look for our next Subaru. Can't select Tom, John or Gigi to rate them, so here it is--5 stars for the dealership and 5 stars for Tom, John and Gigi! More
