So stress-free new car purchase at Subaru in Allentown, we were pleasantly surprised. We contacted the internet department for a specific Outback we were looking at, and Jennifer right away gave us the be we were pleasantly surprised. We contacted the internet department for a specific Outback we were looking at, and Jennifer right away gave us the best price out of anywhere we looked (within 1-2 hour driving radius). We set-up an appointment to come in the very next day. She also clarified that they would be able to handle NJ tax and registration for us. When we came in, Jake, from the internet sales department took over to finalize the sale. When on-site, we realized the exterior/interior color combination was not as we expected, and were allowed to switch for another vehicle in a color scheme we liked better in person, while still honoring the price we agreed upon. This was fantastic. No other extra fees that were not disclosed before (such as no silly destination charge etc). Just tax, registration, and doc fee, all as agreed upon prior. No haggling or upsell inc or unwanted pressure. Jake was very patient, showed us all the car functionalities. Even set up follow a up Zoom call in a few weeks to go over any buttons/functionality questions we might have arise. The financing team also approved us for 0% financing for 60+ months. Can't beat great price and financing combo. Overall, amazing customer service. Happy new owners of a Subaru. :-) More

He was able to quickly give me the sight unseen value of my trade in, and give me a ballpark idea of what my new payment communicate with via email. He did a great job making sure I was comfortable with my decision, and explaining options. I never once felt pressured by him or anyone to make a decision right away, which I appreciated. I had my oil change (only that I asked for) and got stuck staying there the whole day!!! Telling me I need this and that. After the misunderstanding of what I though I was getting out of all this charged me staying there the whole day!!! Telling me I need this and that. I was told that I will get the fully refund back becuz of been at the waiting room for good long whole day!! I had to go out of town and got back no refund will been sent to me and I found all my conversation wasn’t find on my phone ...scare me that how that got removed and now I’m stuck with no refund and very unhappy feeling abt this Subaru. I have experience wonderful service at Annapolis Subaru and was hoping to have similiar feeling to Allentown Subaru :( Kimberly More
