I have been buying Subaru’s now for over 10yrs and there is no place I would rather go then Ciocca! They are not a high pressure dealership who tries to make you think the worst deal possible is the best, t is no place I would rather go then Ciocca! We are out of state buyers buying a used car. It was very hard to get information from the actual sales person. And their finance added additional items that we didn't ask for to jack up the price. We kept asking for out the door pricing and you would think that would be easy normal question. It was apparently very complicated for them to answer. Then they flat out lied about car being looked by their VW dealership and in good condition. Costly mistake as soon as we left, lights came on, air conditioning didn't work. Sent an email to their GM, Sales and Internet sales person and they aren't even decent enough to contact us. Those that are guilty avoid. This dealership is unethical and unprofessional. They just want your money. Very Sad. This is type of dealership that gives the industry a bad reputation. More
