The price point was conducive to selecting a 2014 along with the features on the vehicle and the available financing. Scott Broda was knowledgeable, friendly and patient while I was making my decision. The overall experience at Ciocca Subaru was lengthy but worth the time and effort. I certainly recommend this dealrership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
What a great experience! Shawn and Ron made the negotiation and purchase process very easy. At no point did they pressure us, and they took their time to explain everything and answer any question negotiation and purchase process very easy. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and will definitely use them again for future car purchases. More
I am from New Jersey (out of state, the dealership is in PA) and I purchased a new 2014 Subaru STI from them on Saturday, 11/30/2013. Aside from the long process on the day of the transaction, I initiall PA) and I purchased a new 2014 Subaru STI from them on Saturday, 11/30/2013. Aside from the long process on the day of the transaction, I initially did not have any problems with the dealership. Monday, 12/2, I received a message from my salesman saying I needed to send them the registration for the car I traded in. Admittedly, I forgot at first but they confirmed receiving it on 12/11 and told me I will receive my new plates and registration before the temporary ones expire (12/30). At the end of December (12/28), I still had not received my plates or registration so I contacted the salesman to see what was going on. He checked into it and told me that due to the delay in receiving the registration and it would be a few days behind. I was told a few days behind on 12/28. On Monday 12/30, I checked back and was told it was delayed due to the holidays for a few days and if I needed to drive the car and was pulled over, they would provide the documentation necessary to avoid any issues. A week goes by and I contact them again on Monday, 1/6. I was told at this time that they should have the plates and registration the next day and they will be overnighted to me so I should receive them on Wednesday 1/8. Wednesday 1/8 comes by and I still had not received anything in the mail. After contacting them, they told me the general sales manger was working on it and the sales manager would personally follow up with me the next day. Thursday 1/9 comes and goes without hearing from anyone. Friday 1/10 at 10am, I place a call to the dealership asking for the general sales manager, Steve. Steve calls me back two hours later telling me he will get all the information on this case and call me back shortly. 3:30 comes and I still haven't heard from them. I call, leave a message and hear back from Steve shortly after. Steve tells me the delay is due to me not getting in my registration on time and that it is technically only 30 days since they submitted my paperwork. He tells me I should have it by early next week and I should continue driving the car because if I were to be pulled over, an officer could check his system to make sure the registration was renewed. I said this is completely unacceptable and what more could the dealership do for me, like a rental car or anything and he said there is nothing they can do. At this point I'm frustrated. I understand that the dealership had to wait to receive my old registration, but this is now 30 days since they received it and I still am left guessing as to when I'll actually get my plates and registration. I also am concerned about driving the car since it has expired registration and plates and I simply have to trust the dealership that I will be OK in the event I get pulled over. So I decided to do some investigation into what is taking so long. I call up USA Reg, which is the company Ciocca Subaru goes through to take care of out of state plates and registration. I talk to them about my situation and they confirm that they received the paperwork on December 12th BUT there was a hold placed on the order until JANUARY 7th because they had not received a title from the dealership. At this point I am upset. This entire time the dealership has been blaming me for the hold up on because of submitting the registration late and then I find out it was held up due to them not submitting the title until January 7th. Not only that, but since USA Reg didn't submit the paperwork until the 8th, I was driving around for a week without any information submitted to the DMV about an updated registration or plate, which means if I were to get pulled over, my car could've been impounded! I called Steve back up and ask him if he was sure the delay was only due my old registration and all of the sudden his tone changed and he said "well I think so but I'm not too sure because I don't know all of the details of your situation." I told him what I was told from USA Reg and he began to flip flop back and forth between telling me it was my fault because of my old registration and that it was a problem on USA Reg's side. But kept assuring me it wasn't the dealership's fault. I said it is hard for me to believe this and with this new information, what can the dealership do for me? Again, I was told "nothing." No rental, no compensation, nothing. I asked who else I could speak to at the dealership, and he told me everyone had left for the day and told me he would call me back on Monday. I said said I would like to speak with the owner on Monday, and he rudely said "I'll call you back on Monday" and hung up the phone. It's Friday January 10th, ~42 days after I purchased one of the most expensive cars on their lot, and my new car is sitting in my driveway with no plates, no registration, and absolutely no help from the dealership. Not only have they not helped me, but I believe they have been lying to me for the past 2 weeks. More

After narrowing down year old compact car. Also wanted to step up to a mid-sized one that was easier for my long legs to deal with as I got older. After narrowing down to a Subaru, I visited Ciocca - not having been to that dealer since the 1980's when it was owned by Mr. Becker. Got greeted right away and after hearing my needs, was shown both the Legacy (which I had thought my first choice), and an Outback (a lot bigger than I had remembered them). Took a test drive and left with a promise that I would return. I went back a few days later, waited for the same salesman, and told him I was ready to buy. They managed to get all the paperwork done in less than two hours (including financing). Was very satisfied with the price they offered (it was even lower than my checking with other reviews led me to expect). Drove away that afternoon in my first new vehicle since 2000 and so far I'm completely satisfied. More

I will say that after some frustration we eventually did get what we wanted and Gregg Ciocca was very straightforward and accommodating, as was our salesman Don Olson. We came in to pick the vehicle up on another day and had the vehicle pre-scheduled to be gassed up and detailed and ready to go. It wasn't gassed up when we got there and the detailing left something to be desired. There were chunks of tape on the windows and glue residue on all four door handles, which we are still trying to get off. We were a bit baffled at how long it took to get through the paperwork on our pick-up day. We are accustomed to an hour or more of paperwork while purchasing a new car but this time it took us about 2.5 hours. Things seemed to move very slowly, though, again, our salesman Don was very friendly and relaxing. He provided anything we asked for. We've had the car one week and are experiencing some rattling in the driver's side dash. We called Service and have an appointment for tomorrow to see what it is. More
