Servicing my Subaru Angelo in the Service department was so very courteous, kind and patient. He made sure my car was cared for even though I didn't have an appointment. He took my 2013 Subaru Crosstrack right in to service my flat tire and check for any other damage, Then, not 2 weeks later, he again took the car in for me quickly for a rubbing noise I heard in the front end. Knowing I was an RN at a local facility, he got my car in for service, came in with updates on the car and explained everything (in terms I totally understood) that was going on with it in his kind, patient manner. Our experiences with Subaru products have been stellar and returning to Mike for another auto purchase is like meeting up with a familiar friend. His interactions are efficient and prompt. He is able to assess our needs and always manages to find the auto with the features we desire. He is attentive to answering our inquiries and excels at providing explanations of the auto's features upon delivery. He even facilitated the setup of Bluetooth! In an effort to be available to us he offered his cell phone number so we could make contact with him as the need arose. Mike's longevity at the dealership is clear evidence of his positive rapport with his customers as well as his service oriented attitude. He is an asset to the company. This sale was our first with the Ciocca dealership and we found the atmosphere in the showroom to be very upbeat and customer oriented. Our purchase put us in touch with a few other individuals including Lane Gaar (General Sales Manager) and AJ Marvelli (Finance Manager) both of whom were immediately responsive to our questions and tailored the options to fit our needs and to match our requests. buying my first vehicle by myself!!!! when I walked in with my 2 granddaughter's I wasn't sure it was the right thing to do. I already was at another dealership that morning. They were better than I thought they would be, but all the salespeople their were wonderful. I was truly amazed at the concern and help they were. I don't think there was one person there that didn't smile, say hello, or ask us if they could help us with anything. My 2 year old granddaughter is being potty trained and she carries her own portable potty with her!! Well the fun the salesmen had with that was priceless. Any-one who is nice to my girls--well lets just say- they are truly good to say the least. I was treated better than I expected. I bought my vehicle and I am truly happy with it and my experience. Life is full of surprises! I was enjoying a wonderful vacation day with my brother, Steve, who came in from New York to visit with me for the day. He suggested that we just stop by the dealership and look briefly at the cars on the lot. Well, one thing lead to another, and I amazingly drove off the lot that evening with a new Forester. I had been happy with my 2010 Forester, but indeed, they made an amazing offer, and well, everything just fell into place! This is the second time I have dealt with Mike Mohr who does a phenomenal job with all aspects of the purchase. Indeed, I remember his son was being born when I was there five years ago (with my brother of course) and the day ended happily with me having the pleasure of meeting his son!
