The sales staff, Mike Vannote were friendly and honest, he found a car for me much earlier than expected. Financing with Nick Desimone was fast and easy, with a decent rate and excellent explanations. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use the again in the future. More

I had heard some bad feedback about the Subaru dealers in the area however my experience with both John Hersey (Internet) and Dean Moyer (Sales) was both pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. If you are looking for a new car, I would highly recommend you check out Ciocca Subaru and speek with either one of them. More
Purchased new Subaru Legacy Nick Mann treated us the no nonsense approach and did everything we asked without the typical sales circus sales tactics. My wife and I buy a new car Nick Mann treated us the no nonsense approach and did everything we asked without the typical sales circus sales tactics. My wife and I buy a new car on average once every 7 years and we greatly appreciate the professionalism we received from Nick Mann at Ciocca Subaru. If you want a great price and easy process on trading in a well worn Subaru on a new model, it's worth your time to visit Ciocca. We were pleased with our new 2015 Legacy and the sales process as well. David and Ellen Beidelman More

Our experience was great he was very helpful and answered all our concerns and worked with us to get the best deal. We visited the dealership three times, I told Scott the first visit was not very pleasant, I was disappointed with the service. I can't explain why we felt left out except we went looking for an Impreza and could not find a car that we liked. We did further checking and found the crosstrak. We went back the second time and had Scott and we explained how we felt the first visit, we were looking for guidance and did not receive any it was like this is what we have take it or leave it. On our second visit we had checked into the crosstrak and found it had all the frills that we wanted. We went back to sign a deal and Scott and the dealership was very nice, we love the car and bought the 7 year warranty wo we are looking forward to having no difficulties in the future. More

Amazing Car Buying Experience Car buying is typically not a task people enjoy, however, my experience with Ciocca Subaru was amazing. I truly can't say enough about the experience Car buying is typically not a task people enjoy, however, my experience with Ciocca Subaru was amazing. I truly can't say enough about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was not only treated with geniune friendliness, but I never felt that anyone was trying to push products on me or push me past my comfort level(which I have experienced at other dealerships). Greg Fitcher, my sales rep, made this car buying experience memorable. He is a friendly and knowledgeable guy who helped walk me through the whole process and made sure everything was perfect. He is dedicated to customer service - even following up with me a few weeks after the purchase to make sure everything was going well with the car. Buying a car can be stressful, but that was not the case here. I plan on buying all my cars from Ciocca from now on. More
Unethical practice and terrible customer service I purchased a 2003 Subaru WRX with 44k miles on it from Ciocca about two weeks ago. When I got into my new car it only had a quarter tank of gas in it I purchased a 2003 Subaru WRX with 44k miles on it from Ciocca about two weeks ago. When I got into my new car it only had a quarter tank of gas in it so I had to go right to a gas station. Every time I've bought a car I've received a complementary tank of gas...private and dealers. The NEXT DAY my check engine light comes on...great. When I scanned the car it came back as P0420 (Catalyst efficiency error). This means my car, the one I just bought, does not meet emissions and cannot pass inspection. Kind of suspicious that it was just inspected by Ciocca. So i spent $100 of my money on a new 02 sensor in hopes of it being an easy fix..nope. Every day I've had this car the check engine light comes on after I clear it (it's annoying driving around with a CEL light on and if I left it on I could have missed any new codes that could have popped up so that's why I cleared it each time). So I call the salesman who sold me my car (Craig Luska), who was genuinely a nice guy. I asked very simply; Is this covered under my warranty and if I bring it in to get looked at, will Cicocca pick up the bill? He would dodge the question by saying "You need to bring it in so we can look at it". It was a simple yes or no question and I have asked multiple times. He then told me the Service Manager would call me...never got a phone call. Steve, the manager called me, I called back twice and haven't heard from him. Considering that my check engine light has come on EVERY DAY since I bought the car it leads me to believe that it is highly probable that the light was coming on before the dealership sold it to me. If they cleared the code and passed it for inspection they have committed a crime and can be prosecuted as it is illegal to sell a car that does not meet emissions. The ECU in a subaru holds a history of codes that were cleared, so I plan on having a tuning shop find out for me if Ciocca Subaru cheated the system and committed a crime by passing a car by just clearing the code. This is unethical and judging by the terrible customer service I've been receiving in efforts to resolve this issue..they very well might have. At this point, Ciocca will not even answer me if my exhaust problem will be covered under warranty. They want me to "bring it in" which means they want to put my car on the lift, take it apart, tell me what I need and then tell me I have to pay for it. That is why they continue to dodge my 'yes or no' question. I will be contacting the Better Business Borough about the issue I've had with Ciocca and I would tell anyone interested in buying a car from this dealership to go elsewhere. This dealership takes pride in saying they sell the 2nd most Subarus in the country, but that is that exact reason why I'm having an issue..it seems like they just want to pump out cars without worrying about quality. Hence why my car didn't have gas in it, possible illegal pass-thru inspection, and terrible service the second I have an issue. I will post any updates with my issue here if things change. I'm hoping the dealership reads this and does what is right by telling me if my issue is under warranty and will be fixed. Phone calls sure don't do the trick. Things like this are the reason why I don't like buying from a dealership and prefer to buy privately. I would never consider buying another car from this dealership. More

The pricing was very competitive, trade-in value was fair and Nick Mann was helpful, outgoing and prepared. This all contributed to our coming quickly to an agreement and driving home with a new car before the week was out. We hope to drive this Subaru for many years but will certainly return to this dealership when the time comes to replace it. More
