We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Ciocca Subaru! My wife and I came to check out a car without an appointment and had no wait time. We were quickly greeted by friendly sales staff and were given ample time to look over the vehicle on our own before taking it for a test drive. When we returned, we were offered complimentary beverages and our wonderful salesman Gus Barral took time to earnestly listen to our needs and discuss our options. When we decided to move ahead with the purchase, we were second in line to meet with the financing department, so Gus had us complete our credit application online to save time. As we waited and eventually completed our final paperwork, Gus remained on site although it was well past closing. He handed us our keys, congratulated us on our new purchase, and told us that while we had been waiting, he took the car to be washed and given a full tank of gas! Thank you Gus and the entire team at Ciocca Subaru for giving these first-time buyers a pleasant and stress-free experience! More

After finding a listing on Cars. com, I checked the dealer's website for more info. I found a higher advertised price. I then contacted the dealer thru the interface on Cars.com. The reply confirmed availability and presented me with a third, even higher "internet special" price. After a few emails to confirm that they would in fact honor the lowest advertised price I made an appointment to see it. Approx two days before my appointment I found the listing had been removed from all third party websites but remained on Cioccas's website. Several more ails only to find out that the car had been sold. I realized that this was a possibility, but the lack of communication from the dealership could have resulted in me driving an hour to an appointment to see a vehicle that wasn't there. If I hadn't tried to show the listing to my spouse, I never would have known. I took my business elsewhere. Maybe you should too. More

I walked into the door of the dealership with doubt on my brain and down on luck. Even though my hardship and stress drained me the staff was nothing but helpful and welcoming from the manager to finance and brain and down on luck. They did exactly as they promised and I walked out the door a new man with an amazing vehicle and a new attitude not ONCE but TWICE!. For the first time ever I visited a dealership and was treated like family. It was equal to what is advertised in commercials.
