This is the first time that I've actually felt buying a car was fun, we truly had a very good time. Though Greg wore very disappointing socks and has poor taste in mints, I must admit he is a VERY good car salesman. He listened very carefully to what we needed in a car and then put us into exactly what we needed. I came in "knowing" which one I wanted and left more satisfied with Greg's choice for our family than our own. Though the man has no taste in mints, he really knows what he's talking about when it comes to a quality family car. Not only that, but he really made the whole process fun and easy I would highly recommend Greg to anyone of my friends or family. Nick helped us with finance and he was grate as well. It was as quick and painless as finance could be with Nick. This is our first Subaru, and I know in the future we will be returning to Ciocca for any service or new car that we may need. They both provided an unprecedented level of service during my numerous visits by paying attention to my every need and helping me with answers to all my questions. I found both of them to be informative, knowledgeable, always available, honest, caring, and never did I feel that I was being pressured. They have a calming way of working with people that draws you in and it seemed that they always kept my interests at heart. The environment in their showroom, fostered by Gregg, is different, very different from all the dealerships that I visited. Couple all of this with great pricing and you will find that they are the best dealership in the Lehigh Valley. More

Nick Mann was my sales representative - he was friendly, kind, helpful, patient - maybe it shouldn't matter that you feel like your dealer actually likes you, wants the best deal for you, and really wants you to be happy, but I gotta say, it made for a really positive experience for me all around. And they were fair in negotiations, I felt it was a good deal, and I bought the exact car I wanted and I am soooo happy with it - it just doesn't get better than that. I was recommending Ciocca Suburu (and Nick!) to a friend who is thinking about an Outback, who lives in NY in the Hudson Valley before I even left the dealership! More

Loyal Subaru Fan Traded in my beloved 2004 Subaru Outback on a 2013 Subaru Outback in mid-August. Paid a fair price for the 2013, but was initially offered a trade - i Traded in my beloved 2004 Subaru Outback on a 2013 Subaru Outback in mid-August. Paid a fair price for the 2013, but was initially offered a trade - in value over $2000 below the lowest Blue Book value for my 2014. After negotiating, settled for a trade - in price "only" $200 below the lowest Blue Book value. Salesman Jimmy was wonderful to work with. He paired my cell phone with my car's Bluetooth system for me and spent time explaining how to use my car's technology. Jimmy is very dedicated and obviously enjoys working with customers. He worked with me until 9:20 p.m. even though the advertised closing time is 9:00 p.m. I've been a customer of Becker/Ciocca Subaru for many years. Their service advisors and mechanics are top notch. Love their loaner car program- so convenient for those of us who have to get to work while our cars are in for service. More

Win - Win I was the owner of a 2013 Ford Escape with only 5,550 miles. I purchased this vehicle brand new and never felt comfortable with it. I went on Ciocca's I was the owner of a 2013 Ford Escape with only 5,550 miles. I purchased this vehicle brand new and never felt comfortable with it. I went on Ciocca's web site and found a 2015 Subaru Forester that I liked. I contacted Shawn Parr (Internet Online Advisor) to put a hold on this vehicle until the next day when I could test drive it. That night, I checked the internet for a fair trade in price for my Ford Escape and a fair price to pay for my new Subaru Forster. The next day I went to Ciocca at 1:00 PM and was met by Mike Mohr (Sales Specialist) and did a test drive. The Forester ran flawlessly and I was very impressed. While doing the test drive I was thinking about how bad I was going to get beat up on my trade, but I really wanted this Forester. When I returned I sat down with Mike Mohr to discuss the numbers. I expressed my concerns about my trade and gave him a rough idea of what I was willing to pay. He went to Steve Parr (General Manager) and returned with the numbers which were less than I was expecting to pay. In all of my car buying experiences, this has NEVER happened to me. There was no back and forth haggling. I then sat down with Todd Paulus (Finance Manager) who answered all my finance, warranty and service questions. I traded the Ford Escape and drove off with my new 2015 Subaru Forester and was home in time for dinner. After dealing with Ciocca's sales staff of Shawn, Mike, Steve and Todd, I experienced courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of their product. If their Service Department is anything like their Sales Department, this will be a win-win situation! More
