love the whole experience I had no idea my wife and I would buy a new subaru that day. That day we were driving from the poconos in our 2005 forester and stopped into Ciocca subaru just to look at the new foresters before going to a doctors appointment in Philly. What we experienced was truly memorable, Greg Fichter was our sales person, he made us feel welcome and comfortable, introduced us to the different departments the garage area was impeccably clean and organized everyone made us feel welcome and was friendly. We negotiated a good deal for both parties.. I will recommend Ciocca subaru to everyone I know, they were organized and professional. She did her homework and checked several dealers and came back to Jeff at Ciocca. She bought a new imprezza, got the price she expected and financing she wanted. Jeff listened to her needs and delivered. So when her husband needed a new car it was an easy decision for him to see Jeff at Ciocca. He left the same night he came in with a new forester. Again a very professional experience. So for me when I was searching for a new car and decided on an outback. I new I would be seeing Jeff Staver at Ciocca. I had watched how professional he was when he closed the sales with both my daughter and son-in-law. Though Greg wore very disappointing socks and has poor taste in mints, I must admit he is a VERY good car salesman. He listened very carefully to what we needed in a car and then put us into exactly what we needed. I came in "knowing" which one I wanted and left more satisfied with Greg's choice for our family than our own. Though the man has no taste in mints, he really knows what he's talking about when it comes to a quality family car. Not only that, but he really made the whole process fun and easy I would highly recommend Greg to anyone of my friends or family. Nick helped us with finance and he was grate as well.
