We have been customers of Ciocca Subaru for many years. We have always been treated very well by everyone there, including the sales, service, and finance departments. The service department does tend to * We have always been treated very well by everyone there, including the sales, service, and finance departments. The service department does tend to *suggest* extra work over what we bring the car in for, but they never push when we politely decline. It’s unfortunate that in today’s environment everything has gotten so expensive that they are now offering financing for servicing, at rates of 9-34%. They even charged us $4.50 just to write up the service report. And quoted us about $175 to mount and balance tires, a service that used to be free when buying the tires, and $10 to top off the coolant, which also used to be free. As it becomes harder for us to afford dealer servicing we are going to have to start doing more ourselves. Our service person Imani was excellent, though. Thank you. More

I went for my inspection. They serviced me with a loaner promt. The offered me water coffee and more. The guy David who checked me in was really nice and friendly. I asked him how much the services would be he let me know it would be 131$. I told him over the phone they told me 90$ and he horned the price I was told. I was in shock ! Most place theses days wouldn’t have done that because they have bad customer service. But he offered it. I am extremely satisfied 10/10 for this particular experience !!!! More

Don’t pay attention to their advertisements their #1 priority first and foremost is moving units, even before customer service.
