I had a great experience at Ciocca Allentown. I got a Subaru Crosstrek premium. I love the car. My salesman Scott Fisher was great. He was not at all pushy & even pulled up a used Mazda suv for m I got a Subaru Crosstrek premium. I love the car. My salesman Scott Fisher was great. He was not at all pushy & even pulled up a used Mazda suv for me to test drive since that was one of the car brands/models I was interested in. Everyone else I dealt with were also great, including Alex who helped me hook up my cell phone once I decided on the Crosstrek. I also liked that they set up an appointment for me to come back & meet with Alex their tech expert to go over more features & answer any questions that come up in the first few weeks of driving my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealer & Scott Fisher. More
I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership was so frustrating and disrespectful of my time that it warrants a clear warning to others. Before making the trip, I did everything a reasonable customer should do: I called ahead, confirmed that a specific vehicle was physically in stock, and even scheduled an appointment to come see it. Based on that assurance, I drove an hour and a half—one way-expecting a straightforward, professional interaction. Instead, I arrived to find that the person I had scheduled an appointment with was not working and that the vehicle did not exist on the lot. It had been sold months prior. This wasn't a minor oversight-it was either gross incompetence or a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to get customers through the door. What makes this worse is that there was no accountability, and certainly no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by their misinformation. The manager’s main concern was preventing me from leaving so they could upsell me a different car. A dealership that cannot accurately track its inventory—or worse, misrepresents it—does not deserve your time or trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice and be prepared for disappointment. In an industry where trust is already fragile, this kind of experience only reinforces why so many people dread car shopping. I will never patronize this dealership again. More
