I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership was so frustrating and disrespectful of my time that it warrants a clear warning to others. Before making the trip, I did everything a reasonable customer should do: I called ahead, confirmed that a specific vehicle was physically in stock, and even scheduled an appointment to come see it. Based on that assurance, I drove an hour and a half—one way-expecting a straightforward, professional interaction. Instead, I arrived to find that the person I had scheduled an appointment with was not working and that the vehicle did not exist on the lot. It had been sold months prior. This wasn't a minor oversight-it was either gross incompetence or a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to get customers through the door. What makes this worse is that there was no accountability, and certainly no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by their misinformation. The manager’s main concern was preventing me from leaving so they could upsell me a different car. A dealership that cannot accurately track its inventory—or worse, misrepresents it—does not deserve your time or trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice and be prepared for disappointment. In an industry where trust is already fragile, this kind of experience only reinforces why so many people dread car shopping. I will never patronize this dealership again. More

I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek from Ciocca on Hamilton Blvd, and I can honestly say Caleb provided the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Caleb’s level of service is unmatched—he act on Hamilton Blvd, and I can honestly say Caleb provided the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Caleb’s level of service is unmatched—he actually picked me up at my house to bring me to the dealership. He was incredibly well-versed in the technical side of the vehicle. We spent time going over the exact specifications I needed, including towing ability, the updated driver experience, and the latest safety features. He didn't just know the history of the Crosstrek; he knew exactly how it stacked up against the competition, which gave me total confidence in my choice. The most impressive part of the day, however, was witnessing Caleb’s professionalism. I saw another person being very disrespectful toward him with a ‘know-it-all’ attitude. Caleb remained completely calm and composed. He was able to provide the correct information and disprove the other person's claims without ever making them feel stupid or being rude in return. That kind of grace under pressure is rare. The entire process was seamless. From my front door to driving off the lot in my new car, it was under 3.5 hours. Tire blew out due to manufacturer’s defect less than 1yr/10k miles and they did nothing whatsoever to help me out.
