Dean was my salesman and he was great. He worked to meet my needs and he understood what I wanted. Although Dean was good, the overall experience was not. The finance guy did not do enough to give me what I was looking for. I left dissatisfied with with the experience but because I wanted the vehicle I ended up calling them back and asking for something that I thought would work for me which in the end it did. It was just so disappointing to me that I had to be the one to ask the question when I’m actuality it should have come from them knowing what my needs were and what I wanted. I’m glad I got the car but I can’t help but wonder if my experience would have been better if I had gone somewhere else More
