service department made a mess. they couldn't get the wheels off to rotate the tires, so they took a hammer to the wheels and did a good bit of damage, and then never tightened up a they couldn't get the wheels off to rotate the tires, so they took a hammer to the wheels and did a good bit of damage, and then never tightened up all the lug nuts they did loosen. giving the vehicle back to me saying in Jolan Potters own words "Its not worth it" i wobbled and bounced my way home, 60 miles away, at 40 miles per hour, knowing it was not safe to drive. It was not given to them in that condition. I looked at the tires when i go home, and they were down to nothing, these tires were not worn out. they were just starting to show signs of uneven wear, which is why we rotate them. it took a week to get into a mechanic to find what happened. i filed an insurance claim for the damage. and ciocca won't speak to me, another problem, outright vandalism, tampering with the wires. You see, they had my car in the service bay for 2-1/2 hours, and claim it wasn't with it, but what did they do the rest of that 2-1/2 hours? planted a tracking device in my car. their mechanic was very nice. he made more then a paycheck tampering with my car. they didn't charge me one red cent for the vandalism. I paid 2089.36 for the repair elsewhere. and funny, they managed to get my first review removed. More

Stopped in just to see what we they might have that would fit what we were looking for. Never expected to have the best experience we’ve ever had buy a car. Kevin knew all the features of the car without bli fit what we were looking for. Never expected to have the best experience we’ve ever had buy a car. Kevin knew all the features of the car without blinking an eye about them. The dealership went out of their way to make sure the car was ready for us that day. Even though they closed in about 4 hours. Anyone looking for a new car I highly recommend Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport. You won’t be disappointed. More

Ciocca was great! I stopped in one day on a whim and met with Dean who was great to work with. I left that day because I wanted to do a little more looking but ended u I stopped in one day on a whim and met with Dean who was great to work with. I left that day because I wanted to do a little more looking but ended up finding my way back. I live about an hour from the dealer and really wasn’t looking forward to driving back up the next day just to leave without a deal. Ciocca was great (Can’t think of who I spoke to directly), they worked with me over the phone to hammer out some numbers before I drove back in. In short, they made the experience so easy and painless we were able to complete 95% of the process before I stepped foot on the lot. I showed up filled out some paperwork and was leaving in a new vehicle shortly afterward! I’ll be back in future. More
