Ciocca was great! I stopped in one day on a whim and met with Dean who was great to work with. I live about an hour from the dealer and really wasn’t looking forward to driving back up the next day just to leave without a deal. Ciocca was great (Can’t think of who I spoke to directly), they worked with me over the phone to hammer out some numbers before I drove back in. In short, they made the experience so easy and painless we were able to complete 95% of the process before I stepped foot on the lot.
