I recently stopped into this Hyundai dealership after not being waited on by two other dealerships. I wanted to see if this was the customary way dealerships in the area did business. I was pleasantly greeted, the door was held open for me and politeness like I hadn't seen in quite some time from everyone! So, although I wasn't looking for a Hyundai, I decided to see what they had available. My salesperson was Shelly and she could not have been nicer. She understood and took notes as to what I was looking for in my next vehicle and was so knowledgeable about all the features of each vehicle and; there was NO pressure. Long story short, my experience at Ciocca was one that I would be happy to (and already have) recommend to friends and family!! I so much appreciated the kind, polite, upbeat, and fun attitude that I was shown by everyone. I enjoy laughing and having a good time and it was such a comfortable atmosphere! You never have to feel like you are being talked down to or that you don't have enough money for them to bother with you. You could tell that the staff enjoyed each other and their jobs. I bought my very first Hyundai from Shelly. She took extremely good care of me and went above and beyond what I could have hoped for! I was referred to Megan Damron by my mother. I called her up and even though she wasn't working at the time she still talked to me about what I wanted. As soon as she arrived to the dealership s I called her up and even though she wasn't working at the time she still talked to me about what I wanted. As soon as she arrived to the dealership she checked the inventory and called me back immediately. They didn't have what I wanted at the time because it had just sold but they did have one similar that I didn't notice online. So i Immediately scheduled an appointment to go down and test drive it after I got off work. When we arrived, she had the vehicle out front warmed up ready to go. We went inside and got copies of my license and she took down notes of all the things we we looking for in a vehicle. So off we went for a test drive. As we were driving she was throughly explaining the vehicle to us since there was a lot of new features on this vehicle. As we were taking the test drive the other salesman were watching over our two boys and making them feel at home. We got back and did all the paperwork necessary to purchase the vehicle because we fell in love with it. She also explained the way the Ciocca dealerships started .We already had our own finances done through our bank but they did try and see if they could get better numbers through their bank. We declined though. Their financial manager,Alex, took us back and went over the warranty and pricing on extended warranties. We settled on one and he got use our number that we needed to take back to our bank. It was almost closing time ,7pm, and since our bank was closed we could fininalize the sale completely. They had the car sent to detail to have cleaned one last time and started the BlueLink app for us that way we were ready to go in the morning. So the next day my wife went to the bank and did the paperwork and then we were ready for the dealership. As we arrived Megan was holding the door open for us to enter. We finalized paperwork, Christian took the down payment and Megan got our license plate on and ready. By the way, Christian was a real nice gentleman. Megan took us to the car showed us a couple more features and after that we were on our way. The next morning, Megan called me to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle and that we were still satisfied. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to help with purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone who looking for a new vehicle. More
