This was the first time going to Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport and it will not be the last. I went in with low expectations of being able to purchase a new/used vehicle and I was shocked that they go Williamsport and it will not be the last. I went in with low expectations of being able to purchase a new/used vehicle and I was shocked that they got me a great deal. This dealership did not send me out to 30 banks at once instead it went to 3. Kudos to Jeremy Eash the finance manager for trying to help save my credit rating. Kevin Williams was the salesman that helped me to get into the vehicle I have now. This place is different they actually care with what I wanted in a vehicle and got me the car I wanted not the car the dealership chose (Like others dealerships, taking deals others wont). I will go back to Ciocca again to purchase another vehicle. More

Hour and a half to do an oil change. Not acceptable! Half of the employees don't wear masks. Service tech wasn't aware of the oil change special due to lack of training.
