I came to my Ciocca Honda of Harrisburg where I had purchased my Honda in 2023 … Honda had addressed a letter to me that the factory might had not either used the wrong fixtures in the engine which mig purchased my Honda in 2023 … Honda had addressed a letter to me that the factory might had not either used the wrong fixtures in the engine which might compromise the engine’s safety. I was allowed into the garage and a pleasant greeter took down the reason that needed to be dealt with. The greeter directed me right away to the area where there are refreshments and sit in a comfortable room. The technicians escorted my car investigating any problems in my engine. About 1/2 hour I was told that the engine was all clear and worked as it should be and I was back on the road going back home. Everyone was polite and wasted no time to bring my car to the engineers while I was on a pleasant waiting room with amenities. Even with so many other cars that came into the garage My car has been inspected and it turned out that the engine had been constructed correctly. So I was back on the road to home within an hour… I couldn’t believe it! I was very satisfied with the speed and the importance that was shown to me for my auto and I was very pleased! More
