Last week I purchased a new pilot from Ciocca. Justin my Honda Brand Specialist was easy to work with and had complete knowledge of the car's features that I was purchasing. Scheduled my car for oil change, recall to be fixed and the annual inspection. Ask them to text me when it’s done. Went to Honda at 2:30 saw my car parked already. Ask if it’s done and the guy told me afte the annual inspection. Ask them to text me when it’s done. Went to Honda at 2:30 saw my car parked already. Ask if it’s done and the guy told me after checking the computer that it must about to be done. So i left. My car at the parking lot same spot. Then I got a notification tru text that it’s ready to pick up. I just don’t get it why it takes too long for the staff in charge to notify me when in fact i know it’s been there sitting at the parking lot and it’s already done. More
