After visiting a few dealerships trying to find a new car I found a few at 2 dealerships. After speaking with both dealerships I ended up going to Apple Honda to purchase my new SUV. When one of the vehicles I liked was already spoken for I told the sales person I was working with -Casey - what I was looking for and he took the time to research a few options for me. By the time I arrived back at the dealership he walked me around the lot to the vehicles he found that met my “needs” to be sure I had the opportunity to make the best decision. Although I completely wasted time because I chose the first vehicle he showed me anyway, he did not make me feel like I was difficult to work with at all. He took his time, wasn’t pushy, made the experience comfortable and even called the next day to ask how everything was and make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns.
