Purchasing a car is a major decision. When my daughter was ready to go car shopping she asked me to go with her. She made a list of the local dealerships she was interested in checking out. We were greeted almost immediately by a salesman with a friendly smile. He introduced himself as Robb Dorf and handed his business card to my daughter and one to me. He asked her a few leading questions (style, color, new/used) to determine exactly what she was looking for. Then Robb showed her a new 2013 Ford Escape, white with lots of black trim accents to give it a very sporty, stylish look. He pointed out all the latest features. Explained even the smallest details. Then it was time for a road test. She was very impressed and said she did not have to look any further, this was the one. As Robb walked her thru the final details of the purchase, I felt that he was talking to her and treating her as though she was family.My daughter is very happy with her new Escape.
