Car was due for recall replacement part. Took car in, they'd told me on the phone that they'd have to check the car to make sure it wasn't having a problem, order the part, then schedule the service. They took it in, told me they had the part, replaced it at no charge, then gave me a free car wash. People are nice there. Great service, great deals. I bought my car there from John Plank. Almost bought a 2012 Taurus left over from him, but Ford wouldn't approve 0% financing. Their deal was unbelievable. Went back 7 months later, bought a new Fusion from them. John drives the same car I do, even the same color. More

Two years ago, Joe worked with us as we considered buying a Ford Focus. We decided to go with a different brand but our time with Joe left an impression. Last year, my husband went back to Beasley and bou a Ford Focus. We decided to go with a different brand but our time with Joe left an impression. Last year, my husband went back to Beasley and bought a 2012 truck from Joe. When I began to think that I wanted to make the move from a SUV to a car, I wanted to go back and drive the Focus....and I wanted Joe to show us the car. Yesterday, we bought a 2013 Focus. Joe was amazing. He worked to get us an excellent deal for our trade-in and took extra time to search for a 2013 Focus that would be a good fit. Yesterday, when I picked up the car, he spent nearly 1/2 hour going over all of the specifics of the car. I truly feel like Joe was not only the salesman who sold us this car but will be someone I will continue to build a relationship with as we go to Beasley for our car care. And a shout out to Corey. He was very organized and knowledgeable as he guided my husband through crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's in doing the paperwork. He also worked carefully to help us determine what the best way was to finance the car. Thanks to all at Beasley - especially Joe - who made this car buying experience one of our best. We came to Beasley searching for a preowned Explorer . He was like a breath of fresh air . He took the time to set down and listen to what we wanted and what our budget was. After only 30 minutes Gary located the vehicle on his lot and even pulled it up to the showroom so we didnt have to walk all over the lot looking for it. After the test drive Gary was very professional with presenting us the total cost of the vehicle with taxes and everything included so we weren't blindsided by hidden fees later. Price was absolutely fantastic compared to the other Explorer's we had been looking at. After agreeing to purchase Gary introduced was to one of the finance managers William Seiler . After sitting down talking with William about how we were going to pay for the vehicle we were shocked to find out he was just as friendly and professional as Gary . Hats of to Gary and William at Beasley Ford \ Lincoln. Totally changed how we felt about car dealers. We will be coming back for all our future vehicle needs. More

Right off the bat, I found Ken to be a breath of fresh air. It was obvious to us he was more interested in having us explore the vehicles we communicated than he was selling us a car. He answered a heavy range of questions and consistently gave us his undivided attention throughout the week llong process. We visited several dealerships to consider Ford, Honda and Nissan vehicles. Ken's attention and timely responses were unmatched. He researched a variety of options to help us get to a concensus we felt comfortable with.It wasn't about him selling "something". He was attached to the process of helping us buy a vehicle on our terms and circumstances. This was by and large the best experience I had buying many cars from many different dealers over 40 to 50 years. Ken was sincere, courteous, effective, and accurate. He did the things he said he would or could do. We were completely on the same page throughout the cycle. More

I was looking to purchase my first pickup truck. We looked around the county on Sunday to not have the pressure of a salesman. We found 2 trucks that we were interested in, one being at Beasley. For the mileage and condition the truck seemed very reasonably priced in comparison to other dealerships. We set up a test drive for Monday where we met our salesman John Schmidt. He was very knowledgeable of the truck and very professional in his dealing with us. I would not hesitate to request him as a salesman for any possible future purposes and I would not have a problem recommending him to others who might be interested in buying a Ford. More
