He listens, goes the extra mile in providing information, makes himself available on the customer's schedule, and follows up on any promises of additional information. At delivery, he spent as much time as necessary explaining features and ensuring the current customer was fully informed and satisfied, rather than rushing to the next customer. Came to Beasley's to look around and potentially test drive a new Ford Fusion. It was my intent to trade an older Expedition on a smaller gas friendly car. The salesman I worked with was very knowledgeable, allowing me to ask tons of questions about both vehicles as we drove around, as well as the leasing program. In the end, I returned just 3 days later and completed the paperwork necessary to lease a brand new F-150. I am very happy I chose Beasley Ford and could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful sales associate and financing staff. More
