We owe this all to our sales specialist, Robb Dorf. As we were perusing on the new car lot, Robb came out instantly and greeted us with a welcome and a fist pound. My first thought in my mind was, "don't pressure me buddy" and I waited for it to happen, but it never did which blew me away. Robb stood back for the first few minutes while we were just having small chats back and forth, but I could tell he truly cared what our interests were and wanted to help us the best he could. He assessed our situation by asking all the right questions and I was happy that they were just not "yes" or "no" answers. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable during the buying process and never pressured us into anything. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and answered every question that we had. He helped us walk us through the process of trading in our lease and I felt we received a fair amount of equity back in the vehicle which we used towards a down payment on the new lease. He even fought for us to get a good deal on our new Ford Explorer which i was surprised to see as most salesman want to haggle. He helped us make a smooth transition into our new vehicle. I think what I enjoyed most about Robb was that he was not a sales person, but a counselor and a product specialist. He did not say a word during our test drive unless we had a question. As I said, he did a great job of introducing us to the dealership as my wife and I had never been there before. He showed us around and gave us a tour and explained how the transition was going joining the Apple Automotive Group. Robb is very enthusiastic about his job and Beasley should be glad to have him at their store and not against a competitor.
