John Schmidt took the time to describe in great detail all the features that the Ford Escape we were looking at had. I had my car keys stolen from me and need new keys. I called Ken Brittain, the employee that sold me my car, and told him what happend. Ken, went right to work for me to get my new keys. Thanks to Ken and Tyler Small, I had my keys with in a few hours. I know that it was not an easy task for everyone because my car was parked in my garage and it is an all wheel drive vechical. So the dummy key had to be made before it could even be moved out the the garage. Everyone worked hard and worked latter then they had to. To make sure that I had my car, car keys and that it was properly running before the end of the day. So with warm heart filled wishes I wolud like to thank Ken for going above and beyond his dutties as a sales person. He stood behind his customer when he could of just pushed a button and put me through to the servive department. I would like to also thank Tyler Small, and another employee named Jessie an auto tech. Tyler got Jessie to stay a little latter then his shift to complet the job, I work very long days and when it is time for me to go home I want to go home and be with my family.
