The first forefront to any business is the person who meets you/or greets you. For us, it was our salesman, Mr. Mark McMullen. His knowledge, ability to listen, and desire to be sure we were comforta meets you/or greets you. For us, it was our salesman, Mr. Mark McMullen. His knowledge, ability to listen, and desire to be sure we were comfortable with what our perspective purchase was, gave us an immediate first impression of superb customer service. His ability to be the "welcome mat" for any new client is certainly something that many businesses both public and private have seemingly lost over time. Marc was a breath of fresh air and is certainly an asset. Mr. Bender was willing to listen and work with what we were looking for in terms of cost and certainly had a sense of leadership within the facility. We left feeling that we certainly could contact him at any time and would certainly use the dealership again in the future. Mr. McClain was certainly knowledgeable in his area. As late as it was, he was more than willing to explain every option available in terms of warranty coverage. He was also more than willing to summarize the process when he realized that I was exhausted and really needed to complete the process. He had the utmost courtesy and it was appreciated. More
I had visited the website, reviewed several models and landed on the 2014 MKZ Hybrid. I entered some info into the prompt and next day Christine called from the online dept. (basically her) We reviewed some parameters of my interest and we cycled through a few ideas and pricing. I had done this with 3 dealerships (Beasley in York, Preston near Easton and Bob Davidson near Towson). All 3 were pleasant, however Christine was the best of the three. Actually, my preference was a model at Bob Davidson, but after a very unfriendly reception, I felt they viewed me as an unqualified buyer and overvalued a demo with 2300 miles as 'technically new' as it was not yet titled. I left after getting the 'blow off' after asking why the demo had a baby car seat, crumbs and very dirty floor mats......obviously not a demo but a 'personal car'. They were not willing to negotiate and got rude when I pursued a conversation asking why is was so dirty. As a result I left and visited Beasley......best decision I could have made. Same evening, I arrived at Beasley, was greeted by Gary Kaufmann. He was pleasant, respectful and worked with me on the options, test drove the car and the experience was everything a buyer would expect. No pressure, comfortable environment where you didn't feel like a 'piece of meat tested for freshness' like I felt at Bob Davidson. After some initial discussion, we negotiated a bit on price, Gary did his job by working with management to land on the best price. We then worked through a trade-in on my car and hit the finance dept. There, I worked with William and he crushed it getting me a much better rate than quoted based on credit score, so the negotiation on the trade (with rebate), car and financing as a package felt fair and I was very pleased. I recommend doing your homework, getting the internet pricing and knowing more about the car going in as that makes the entire car buying experience more comfortable as you are always feeling pressure and under informed. Also, I did go with the extended warranty as I simply want piece of mind on all the electronics associated with the Hybrid model. All in all, a great experience at Beasley Ford/Lincoln. If you are on the fence and live in Baltmore, I suggest taking the drive up 83 to York and pay Beasley a visit, as you will be glad you did. I simply cannot endorse Bob Bavidson based on my treatment. I will say they did follow-up and apologized based on my feedback (email), but offered no other opinion on the ridiculous 'demo' as it was driven by a VP of Sales...naturally. I unfortunately totaled my car. So even though I wouldn't have been looking for a car normally, I was unexpectedly looking for a new car. I wasn't looking for a specific car but knew what I wanted in a dealership and the vehicle I chose. I found everything I was looking for at Beasley. My husband and I visited numerous dealerships. Some were checked off our list as soon as we spent a short time with the salesperson. Others were put on a list of possible choices. We found the car we wanted in the price range that we wanted also. When we made our choice Dan was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help with any questions we had about our car. He also was willing to answer any calls we made to him after we purchased our car. Since this was a first for many features we had a few questions as we were getting used to using all the new technology. Dan was always willing to help us with any questions that we had. More

As a first time buyer I have to recognize I was nervous going into the dealership not knowing what to expect. As I got to meet some of the staff you started to feel welcome and accepted. The people here ar going into the dealership not knowing what to expect. As I got to meet some of the staff you started to feel welcome and accepted. The people here are very kind and down to earth ready to help with whatever they can. Ken Brittan who was my sales person from the beginning to end was helpful in everyway possible and you could feel the dedication to making one feel comfortable in the whole purchasing processes and throughout the whole experience. He was very accessible in and out of the dealership in whatever one needed. Beasley Ford Lincoln is a very Great place to consider to purchase a new or even used car.
