Mark was very good at helping me find the right car. He made my car shopping experience a lot less crazy and narrowed it down to few cars depending on what features I wanted/needed. Tim was not a 'high pressure" sales person. I contacted him with some requirements and he quickly found me several cars that met my needs. My wife and I found our Ford Escape through the internet and drove the 120 miles to the dealership. Though we weren't super picky in the vehicle, the Escape they had in stock was exactly what we wanted wit and drove the 120 miles to the dealership. Though we weren't super picky in the vehicle, the Escape they had in stock was exactly what we wanted with fewer miles than expected for the price, and it was a "certified pre-owned." Gary was great to work and not what I would expect of a used car salesman. Cory was also great to work with and got some banks fighting with each other which gave us a loan with a 0.5% lower interest rate than we had been pre-approved for with our own bank. Even after the sale, we found a minor issue with the vehicle and they were very fair with us about getting it fixed, especially since we live far away and not likely to have our vehicle serviced there for the long term. More
