About a week after my visit to Beasley Ford my "service emission system" error light came on. I found this strange as one of the main reasons for my original service visit was to get my annual emission system test, which my car passed first go. My car knowledge is not extensive, but I will always look for obvious things that may cause error messages. I re-seated all the electrical connections, and looked for anything obviously amiss. I found one thing. The metal clamp on the air intake hose was very loose. My car is 7 years old, so a big metal clamp sitting on top of the engine has it fair share of tarnish. The clamp did have a nice shiny little section where it had been tightened to for the majority of its existence though. I grabbed a screw driver and tightened the clamp back up. To my dismay the "service emission system" light stayed on for my drive home. I was delighted to find the next morning the error light was gone and has not returned. More

When I made my first visit Greg met me and was very courteous. He answered all my questions and took me for a test drive to see if I liked how the truck drove. He followed up with an email the next day courteous. He answered all my questions and took me for a test drive to see if I liked how the truck drove. He followed up with an email the next day and sent all the options for the different types of purchase options. After making the deal, he met me at the time of my appointment and had everything ready. Then he went through all the options with me in the vehicle and helped with anything I didn't understand. I would highly recommend Greg and the staff at the dealership and will go there for my next purchase. More
Gregory is a salesman who was very knowledgeable about all the cars I looked at. He is also a very patient person who allowed me to take as many test drives I wanted without complaint and he never pressu all the cars I looked at. I bought a Lincoln MKZ from Ken Brittain I stop in there a few times and talk to him and he (seem) to be a good guy I was wrong. But if you work with Ken get everything he promise you in writing. This way you won't feel like I do. Now on to finance I work with William Seiler now I can say 5 stars is way to less for this guy. He will work to get to the lowest interest rate out there Unlike Ken he's honest and will do all he can. I had the car in there to be wash a few time and everyone in the back is excellent. Just beware of Ken fine another salesman cause it is really a good dealership. More

Ken was very friendly! He wasn't pushy at all. We got the vehicle that we wanted for the monthly payment we asked for. The day after we bought our vehicle we noticed it was leaking antifreeze.
