Painless Purchase I recently purchased a used F-150 from Beasley Ford and it was the best experience I've had buying a car. Since I live 2hrs. away I needed to get as m I recently purchased a used F-150 from Beasley Ford and it was the best experience I've had buying a car. Since I live 2hrs. away I needed to get as much information on the vehicle as possible prior to the trip. My salesman, Greg made sure that I received all the information requested along with photos to supplement the info available from their website and Carfax documents. When I arrived at Beasley the truck was out front prepped and ready for me. Most importantly, there were no hidden issues with the truck or the pricing we had discussed. The entire sales process went smooth and was completed fairly quick. I highly recommend working with Greg and purchasing a vehicle from Beasley Ford. More
Poor quality of Service - Manager is all talk. I have had many issues with Beasley service. I bought my 2010 Fusion there and sales experience was good, but the Service department is lacking. They always tell you a time to do something and it takes 3 times as long. I have driven off the lot and had my hood unlatched and not closed correctly. My car was "Washed" and it came back even dirtier then before. I've had warranty issues charged and the person said " I don't know why". Jeremy Miller will call you and kiss your xxx but when you call him back you won't actually get a hold of him. The service Tech will call you at 7am in the morning on a Saturday to try to sell you things. Horrible. I am so glad my extended maint. program is finished, so I don't ever have to go back to Beasley. More

Assistan service manager Came for an oil change at 11:00am. 35 min later my car still hasn't been moved to the garage. This is the second time this year they have done this. Horrible service center. That's what you get with Apple. When I had a Honda it was the same way. More

I explained exactly what I was looking for and such. He took me back to the vehicles that I had in mind and was very informative and helpful, very knowledgeable and well dressed. He impressed me right away. I told my hubs how impressed I was already. Went back on Monday with the hubs. We asked for Mark, but sadly, was busy assisting another customer. Devin, as well very knowledge, went over the ins and outs of the vehicle. We knew right then and there, we wanted to buy. He took us out for a spin (meanwhile, saving time, they did our trade-in). There was absolutely no pressure to buy from anyone. While we sat there and waited to see if we were approved, the GM came by and talked to us (that was amazing). They showed us 3 different loan options, I was shocked with those options. Long story short, from the very 1st moment I stepped on the lot to the time we took our vehicle off the lot, was a great experience. Another salesman brought over coloring books and crayons for the kids, (who after sitting there for so long, were getting antsy). Absolutely, will I recommend Beasley's to everyone looking for a new car!!! More

Its easy at Beasley ! Went to Beasley Ford to look at a Ford Escape . I was promptly greeted at the door by Gary Kauffman . His friendly manner put me at ease right away . He was very personable and knowledgeable, especially for only being there a day or two. We came back a short time later, not intending to buy a new car that day, and we met John Bittner. He was also personable and knowledgeable. We explained we we looking at 6 different manufactures and were not buying a car that day. John was understanding of our position and continued to present us with the information we needed to made the best decision. We came into his office and sat down with him and also met David Jones. We reviewed the numbers, being X members we were mostly aware of the process. They were both so easy to work with. We left the dealership that day pretty much decided on the Escape. We came back again on Tuesday, June 17, 2014. We then met John Schmidt, he also was very informative and personable. We reviewed the numbers with John and David. David located an Escape for us, as what we wanted was not on their lot, and we agreed to purchase said car on Friday, 6/27. Their perseverance, information, person-ability and patience paid off! We did not feel like we were being pressured nor did we feel like we were a bother. We always felt like they appreciated our business! The TEAM at Beasley Ford made our car buying experience PHENOMENAL! We love our new Escape!! More
