What wasn't expected is the rep who's name by the way is Faisal who I would recommend anyone shopping ask for as he provided outstanding customer service no pressure whatsoever, if you happen to be credit challenged go with new car sales I sent my income info and was approved before coming into the dealership, I had an issue with my DL not being issued in PA and had to come back with a PA DL to complete the process, and while waiting nearing the entire Tuesday morning in the DMV Faisal came to the DMV helped facilitate the process and took me back to pick up my car.
