He patiently allowed me to hover around asking repeated questions and test drive the vehicles more than once when I need to. After bringing my car home, Gary kept in touch with me to make sure I was still satisfied with the car or answer any questions. The fusion was missing it's manual- but he took care of ordering one and mailing it right out to me. He followed up again later to walk me through step-by-step on how to program my garage door opener in the car and informed me of my touch key pad systems code.
