Exceptional Customer Service!! I came in to lease a new vehicle as my lease was up next month. Joe was very helpful in reviewing the new MKC, as I've had the MKX for 5 years. We test drove the 2016, he reviewed all the new & existing options, & I really liked it. He told me about a purple (my favorite color!!) 2015 that had been available, but wasn't available in the 2016. David (management) saw me & had known about the purple 2015, as well as my love of that color! He began researching purple 2015 & found one!! It had everything I wanted, so he called the following Mon. to see if it was available. It was and he was able to make the trade and pick it up for me! Joe got EVERYTHING ready; the MKC, all the the insurance, license, etc transfers, and all the necessities so I could drive it off the lot that Saturday!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU TWO DID TO MAKE MY PURPLE CAR A REALITY FOR ME!!!! More
