I have been buying at another dealer for 20 years and they were able to pull me away with the deal we made and the incentives that were thrown in. Great customer sales service. They found the leftover that I was looking for at another dealership and brought it down for me to look at. Overall a decent experience, though the checkout took several hours on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I think if anything they could streamline that a little bit. On another note, with all the gadgets and electronics on these new vehicles I think they could have spent a lot more time as well going over all the "bells and whistles" and at least given you the first service or two for the new 60K vehicle that was just purchased. Most if not all the other dealerships in this organization do that and more after the sale. If I could rate in half stars I would deduct a half just for this reason. Would I shop there again? Yes! More
