The best experience I have had in working with a dealership Before I got out of my car and to the sales consultant my son in law had talked with over the phone, I was greeted with a smile and "can I help you." Before I got out of my car and to the sales consultant my son in law had talked with over the phone, I was greeted with a smile and "can I help you." We met with Tim Young. I am on a pension and Tim was greeted with a no nonsense figure I had to work with. He and my son in law had several telephone conversations and Tim had worked out most of the issues before I had arrived. He made it happen. I had been to several dealerships, some more helpful than others. In fact I was to see another dealer several days from my meeting with Tim. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his friendly demeanor. By the time I drove the Ford Escape I was sold. Tim was in the backseat pointing out the operation and the features of the car. In fact We cancelled the appointment with the other dealership and hastened to purchase the car. I received a follow up call and email from Tim. I am 79 years old and have purchased my share of cars. In my opinion this dealership ranks as the highest, mainly because of Tim, and secondly because of the whole operation I observed while there. I feel qualified to make this observation since my Master's was in the function of organizations. It seemed to operate like a well oiled machine. Kudos to Beasley. I will definitely pass on my experience. More
