Worst Service Experience To start with I used Beasley's online appointment setter to schedule my 2003 Lincoln Town Car for service. I wanted them to find out why my antenna wa To start with I used Beasley's online appointment setter to schedule my 2003 Lincoln Town Car for service. I wanted them to find out why my antenna was no longer receiving a signal and possibly fix it. My CD Player still worked, but for some reason the antenna couldn't connect to a radio station. I had also purchased an "after-market stereo system w/GPS that I wanted to have installed (which is another story!). When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the customer service representative didn't even know why I was there. I had already explained what I wanted when I used the online app, so clearly, no one looked this over prior to my visit, because I had also requested someone contact me prior to my appointment to discuss the issue further, and I never received a call. I was quickly told it was going to cost me $129 just to have them take a look at it and then an estimate could be provided once they knew what the issue was. I said ok, and they quickly took my vehicle into the service bay. My husband and I assumed they were really on-the-ball since it went back immediately. We were told we could wait in the waiting area and someone would let us know what was wrong with the antenna. After 2 hours of waiting (and watching as 3 other customers fell asleep in the waiting area), the representative told us, the antenna is connected (or sandwiched) in the rear window glass and they weren't sure if it was that or the Antenna Cable from the radio to the antenna (which they could no longer purchase the wiring??) so they gave us an estimate that would include replacing the ENTIRE REAR WINDOW and the cable (which as I stated before, they can no longer get) for the amount of $1202.!!!! They didn't suggest any ALTERNATIVES to fixing the antenna!!! Any good service center would include an alternative way to fix something that is not a critical system, but they didn't even provide that. Just as a reminder, my vehicle is a 2003! Why would I pay over $1200. to fix an ANTENNA on a car that old!!! If I were the representative I would have been embarrassed to even tell a customer information like that!! If I could give Beasley less than a 1-star rating I would. They even had the nerve to give me a rose when I went to pay the $137 bill just to have them look at my car!! So I left there today livid and extremely disappointed, having had 2 cups of coffee and a rose that cost me $137!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! More

David Eaton provided excellent customer service and took the time to allow us to test drive many vehicles before we decided on a new Explorer. The process was made easy and we left feeling like we got a great deal on a great vehicle. So much so that we returned two weeks later and purchased a Fusion to replace my Accord. Once again David Eaton and David Estep provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend visiting David Eaton if your looking for a new vehicle. More
