Very bad experience!!!! Our salesman Tim Young was great and the people in the service department seemed very nice as well. However, from the day we gave our deposit it took about two weeks to be able to take it home because it hadn't gone through their inspection yet. Once I was able to take it home, I had to take it back the next day because of a horrible vibration. I was told it was just a weight that had fallen off the tire. That was replaced and I went to take it home I noticed the vibration as soon as I got on the beltway. So I went back and they had a tech drive with me and it turned out to be the u joints, so I had to have them replaced. Then I had to take it back in because the air conditioner would only blow cold while driving, when you stop even at a red light it would blow warm. I took it in and they called and said it was blowing nice and cold and I could pick it up. I got there and it was blowing warm air and the tech manager felt it. He said maybe it just took a while to cool off and I said it doesn't matter how long I drive it is still only cold while driving. So he said maybe turn the back ac on and they may help cool it off and I had a big SUV before and didn't have to do that but I said ok and left because I was upset that I paid to have it fixed and was told it was and it was no different. A few days later I noticed they put how much refrigerant they put in and having worked in auto shops before and my brother being an auto tech the amount didn't seem like enough for my SUV. So I called my brother and he said it didn't sound like enough, so instead of calling them back and having them charge me to not fix it again we bought the stuff and added some ourselves. Right away the gauge said it was low so we added a can and it works great now. So we paid them to not fix it. Then I had to take it back in because I heard a bad klunking noise when I went over even the smallest bump, so I had them check it out and they said they didn't find anything but my rear sway bar links had noise and play, so they gave me a price to have them replaced. So I called when I got my schedule and ordered the part and was told they would call when it got in. Over a week later I called because I hadn't heard anything and driving it worried me. So I left a message and after over another week I called our regular auto shop and they got us right in to replace them. As soon as I got in the door our tech called and said the sway bar links had no noise or play, that they were nice and tight. So they had me come drive with them and we noticed it wasn't even coming from the back. They put it back on the lift and it was a shield. So for less than $50.00 it was fixed. So the Beasley was going to charge me to replace them and I guess when I left and it was still doing it I would have been told they would look at it again. This was the most expensive used vehicle we have ever gotten and its now the one we paid the most to get fixed. The day it was at our auto shop getting fixed, Beasley called to tell me the part was in, so I told them it was being fixed now and that it wasn't even what they told me it was and he said oh, then he mentioned that in my message I mentioned the ac still wasn't working and he said he would call Nissan and see if there was anything they recommended trying for the ac and he said he would call me back and that was over two weeks ago and I never heard back form him so that's when we decided to try to do it ourselves. I was told I would be getting a survey in the mail and I never got one so I messaged them on Facebook and asked if I could get a survey mailed or who I could talk to about the issues we had and I never got a response. So I would never recommend them to anyone after all of the issues we had. More

Excellent experience I am very pleased with Beasley Ford! I have a "pallet full" of issues including mediocre credit and 1099 income. Most dealers would not take the tim I am very pleased with Beasley Ford! I have a "pallet full" of issues including mediocre credit and 1099 income. Most dealers would not take the time to get it done, but greg and the team made it extremely easy! I am now a second generation beasley customer and i will reccomemd beasley to anyone looking for a car or truck. Not to mention, the sticker pricing is far below the competition! You can't go wrong.
