Matt, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify that your review references two separate visits for unrelated concerns. During your October 2025 visit, your vehicle was brought in to address external oil and transmission leaks. Those repairs were completed with your authorization, and the vehicle left drivable with no active leaks. A pre-existing turbocharger concern was noted and declined at that time. You returned in December 2025 with new concerns including a check engine light and loss of power. Authorized diagnostics confirmed internal engine failure unrelated to the prior repairs. Repair options were reviewed, and no further work was completed beyond the approved diagnostics. We understand how frustrating unexpected engine issues can be and are always happy to review the documentation or discuss this further with you directly.
