Wow, my experience with Mark Phillips at Faulkner Ford - Souderton was outstanding! First, Mark is very personable and took the extra time to understand the options/packages that I was looking for in a new Souderton was outstanding! First, Mark is very personable and took the extra time to understand the options/packages that I was looking for in a new Explorer. Second, Mark worked relentless and searched the upper East Coast to find an Explorer with all my requested options/packages. At first, I was skeptical that he would not find the exact car I was looking for and I didn't anticipate that he would search for days and make several attempts to get the car I wanted. He DID it!!! My new car was located in New Jersey and transported to Souderton. We pre-arranged a sale date as I was traveling from Maryland and Mark was able to accommodate and deliver the new Explorer that I was expecting without any issues. Mark is very knowledgeable with the Ford inventory as well as with the options / packages that are offered inside and outside of the vehicles. I live in Maryland and will highly recommend Mark and Faulkner Ford - Souderton to my family and friends both in PA and MD. If my family/friends in Maryland are willing to travel a few miles, they will have a great Ford buying experience with Mark! More

I was very impressed with both young man that waiting on me. I had some credit issues, however they did not give up to they closed the deal. What a great experience!! As a first time car buyer I was very nervous because I wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into and I was not sure of who to trust. You could tell that they were not trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot, they look out for your best interest and really take the time to sit down with you to find that "perfect" car. They answered all my questions and left me with no doubts at all. The communication was excellent and the process was simple and smooth.After I decided on a the car, Joe really took the time out to find me the best price. After several horrible experiences with new car salesmen we ended up at Faulkner-Ciocca in Souderton, PA. This was after a similar vehicle was sold out from under us at their Quakertown location. We had the most hassle free experience purchasing our new Ford Ranger. Our salesman, Chris Seifert, was terrific and almost seemed put out that we weren't allowing him to do MORE to help us. (Honestly, I don't know what else he could have done, he was great.) I drove the truck home, a two hour drive, and liked it more with each passing mile. I can't rate this salesman or dealership high enough. They are to be commended. More
