What a great experience!! As a first time car buyer I was very nervous because I wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into and I was not sure of who to trust. Well, I am so glad that I chose this dea very nervous because I wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into and I was not sure of who to trust. Well, I am so glad that I chose this dealership! From start to finish, they were excellent and extremely honest. As soon as i walked in Joe Hooven made me feel very welcomed. He immediately put me in the right direction. You could tell that they were not trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot, they look out for your best interest and really take the time to sit down with you to find that "perfect" car. They answered all my questions and left me with no doubts at all. The communication was excellent and the process was simple and smooth.After I decided on a the car, Joe really took the time out to find me the best price. Chris took the time out to answer all of my questions about leasing, buying and so much more, he was very knowledgeable! Zenas was awesome! Before I left with my new car, he took the time to register and sync my iphone to my new car and explain in detail all the wonderful aspects of the car. He answered every question I had about the car and so much more! I could have not asked for a better first time experience, they are a great dealership with friendly, honest, professional employees! After several horrible experiences with new car salesmen we ended up at Faulkner-Ciocca in Souderton, PA. This was after a similar vehicle was sold out from under us at their Quakertown location. We had the most hassle free experience purchasing our new Ford Ranger. Our salesman, Chris Seifert, was terrific and almost seemed put out that we weren't allowing him to do MORE to help us. (Honestly, I don't know what else he could have done, he was great.) I drove the truck home, a two hour drive, and liked it more with each passing mile. I can't rate this salesman or dealership high enough. They are to be commended. More

Do Not Go To This Dealership. They us tactics as you would find at “Joes Used Autos”. I purchased a new car at this dealership after receiving a decent price via the internet. I called the dealership to would find at “Joes Used Autos”. I purchased a new car at this dealership after receiving a decent price via the internet. I called the dealership to arrange an appointment to see the car they had provided a quote for. They put me on hold for 5 minutes to confirm the car was available and then told me it was there. I arrived at the dealership only to be told that someone had put a deposit on the car 2 days before. They convinced me to test drive another car which was “similar” to the car I wanted to see and said they would search inventory at other local dealerships. When I returned from the test ride, I was informed an identical car as the one I had been quoted on had been found but would cost me $200.00 more to have it transported. I should have just got up and walked but I didn’t. They then took my trade out to “check it out”. The price they offered seemed low and they then raised it by $800.00. However they repeatedly deceived and manipulated me regarding the value of my trade. It is my fault that I fell for what they were telling me only to discover they are now selling my trade for almost $6000 more than what they offered me. They told me repeatedly they were going to send my trade to auction and were giving me almost as much as they could get for it. When I confronted them regarding their deceptions, they continued to play the” Lie Game”. Take anything they say to you with a grain of salt, maybe two. Better still do not even go to this dealership. Everything they do is for the mighty dollar – no thought of fairness or truth to their “valued Customers”. I do believe a dealership should make a “Fair Profit” but I feel the treatment I received was far from “Fair”. It is my fault, I tend to trust people, and I fell for their frequently repeated “We don’t do business like that” line. Buyer Beware – Better still - Do not even go to this dealership. More
